At L’aamis, we strive to deliver the finest products to our customers. Our team diligently scrutinizes every item before dispatch to ensure seamless and accurate delivery. As personal care products are non-returnable and cannot be reused once opened, we cannot accept any returns. But if the product is damaged, near the expiry date or it’s a wrong product then we can return the product. To return your product, the customer must have the unboxing video clip or pictures.
Refund terms:-
We will provide refunds only in (NON-SERVICEABLE PINCODE) condition.
Returns terms & conditions:-
- If the product is received via the customer (damage, expiry & wrong) then we will replace the product.
- For replacement we need proper unboxing videos or clear pictures in such cases (damage, expiry & wrong).

Complaints regarding the products will be addressed within 2 weeks of receiving the products.
