• Any information, materials, suggestions, ideas, or comments that you provide to L'AAMIS will be considered non-confidential. By submitting such information, you grant L'AAMIS an unrestricted and irrevocable license to

  use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute the materials, information, suggestions, ideas, or comments for any purpose.

• You will always provide authentic and accurate information whenever it is requested. L'AAMIS reserves the right to confirm and validate the information provided by you at any time. If, upon verification, your details are found to be untrue (either in part or in whole), L'AAMIS has the right to reject your registration and bar you from using the services of L'AAMIS and its affiliated websites without any prior notice.

However, as we are not the manufacturer of some of the Beauty Products, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or lack of satisfaction from using such products. We advise users to carefully read and adhere to the label, packaging inserts, manufacturer directions and warnings. Any materials or information presented by L'AAMIS are for informational purposes only. The products promoted/sold on this site are not intended for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, nor are they intended to affect the structure or function of the human body. Any reported results may not be typical for all individuals. We recommend that users consult their own physician or health care practitioner before following any suggestions or recommendations made by L'AAMIS.

This includes any claims resulting from your breach of warranties, representations, or obligations under this User Agreement or violation of applicable laws and regulations, including Intellectual Property Rights. You will also be held responsible for any loss or liability incurred by L'AAMIS or a third party due to your actions, such as claims of libel, defamation, or infringement of privacy or intellectual property rights. This clause will remain in effect even after the expiration or termination of this User Agreement.

13. L'AAMIS shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential, or any damages whatsoever, even if L'AAMIS was previously advised of the possibility of such damages. This applies to any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of information, inability to use, or performance of the information available from this site. These limitations shall remain in effect, regardless of any failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy. No claim or dispute arising from the use of this site may be brought against L'AAMIS in any action or proceeding.

14. This User Agreement shall remain in effect until it is terminated by either party. You have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by informing L'AAMIS in writing via registered post and ceasing any further use of the website. L'AAMIS also reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice and deny your access to the website without any liability.

15. This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and any legal proceedings arising from it shall be held exclusively in the courts of New Delhi. Any disputes or disagreements regarding the interpretation or implementation of this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration, to be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996, as amended.

16. L'AAMIS reserves the right to amend or modify the User Agreement at any time, without prior notice to the user.
